Mr. Forester was born and raised in Galveston, Texas.  He attended Texas A&M University and after working for two years returned to law school at the South Texas College of Law-graduating cum laude in 1993.  He joined the firm in 1996 and since has represented thousands of victims of personal injury.  He has tried lawsuits involving serious injury and death throughout the state of Texas and has handled numerous lawsuits out of state.  Kelly has tried many cases to a jury and obtained multiple jury verdicts in excess of $1,000,000.  In addition, he has negotiated premium settlements for thousands of Texans.
